This morning I woke up, looked in the mirror and said, "Today I will convince myself that gray hair is sexy". So far, it's not working......If every gray hair tells a story........Mine is writing a novel.
All my friends who have opted to go gray say my hair looks great "au naturel". I look in the mirror and think it's time to look a little less old and more in keeping with how I feel. THEN I think about how long it took to be natural. Signed, dazed, confused, and salt and pepper.

My mom's mom and my mom grayed very gracefully...their hair became a lovely solid white...they were not blonde like me and gray-blonde is not pretty...I will probably be visiting a beauty salon as long as I live to keep my grays covered up. ;o}

Hilarity! I quit coloring my hair several years ago, and decided to let it go gray naturally. Doesn't bother me in the least.
